AirScrape® is a dust-free, contactless conveyor skirting system that prevents spillage, reduces maintenance, and enhances efficiency. German designed and manufactured conveyor belt skirting system which hovers freely above the conveyor belt, eliminating skirt friction and belt damage.
Conveyor belts can experience wear and tear over time, leading to tears, rips, or joint failures. Belt splicing involves joining the ends of a damaged belt or installing a new section of belt to ensure continuous operation. There are different splicing techniques, including mechanical fasteners, vulcanization, and cold bonding, depending on the type of belt and the application.
